I got a few frosty shots one morning, and a few melting.

LOVE
All, everything that I understand, I understand only because I love.
-Leo Tolstoy
Love is to some people a myth, doesn't exist. To others it is the buried treasure, the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow so special they want to hide it away - afraid something or someone might take it away that they go to such extremes that it can be very scary. Then there are the people who are in love with love, they want to share it with everyone and much of the time enjoy a freeing sense of living that is euphoric. I would love to have everyday end with euphoria, wouldn't you?
Love can be contagious. Or should I say friendliness, but is not friendliness a form of love? We love our friends don't we? How many times has someone ultimately ruined your day, or part of it by a rude comment or action? How many times has someone done something for you that was just pure niceness, and it totally made your day. All of us would like the latter to happen more frequently, but it is usually the previous action that does. If each of us would start with a smile, or a kind action, we could start a sort of happy chain reaction. We could do this on a daily basis, imagine how far it could go.
Friends and family are very close to the same thing for some. Friends can sometimes be more like family to us then our real family. Sometimes our family are our best friends as well. How much sweeter is life when you live near family then when you live in a city all alone. How great are birthday parties and Christmas' with family around. For me, I love them.
Whether your family, or friends are near or far today, enjoy the love. Love by letting go a little and giving someone what they want even if it is not what you want. Pass on a smile, do something kind, volunteer, whatever makes you happy - you are sure to pass that love on.
Happy Valentines Day!
